Post Contact Survey Report

The Post Contact Survey reports information captured via the Survey Report node used within Contact Flows. It uses a table to display information about data captured within the survey based on the reporting date range.

The Post Contact Survey will only display information where Survey Report nodes have been configured in Contact Flows and applied as a post handling attribute on a queue.

A Survey Report node can capture up to 10 question values, depending on the configuration of the Survey Report node will determine which of the Question values are populated.

Report Fields

The report contains the following fields.

 

Field Description
Survey Start Time The Survey Start Time column reports the date and time at which the survey data was captured.
Survey Name The Survey Name column reports the survey name associated with the Survey Report node capturing the data.
Queue Name The Queue Name column reports the queue name associated with the Survey Report node capturing the data.
Agent The Agent column reports the agent name associated with the Survey Report node capturing the data.
Customer Identifier The Customer Identifier column reports the customer identifier associated with the Survey Report node capturing the data.
Contact Point The Contact Point column reports the contact point associated with the Survey Report node capturing the data.
Question 1 – 10 The Question 1 – 10 columns report the response associated associated with the field value within the Survey Report node capturing the data.
Transaction ID The Transaction ID column reports the Transaction ID associated with the IVR Report node capturing the data.

 

Report Filters

The report contains the following inbuilt filters.

 

Field Description
Dataset Selection The Dataset filter can be used to select one or more datasets to report on. With the filter applied values in the report will be updated to reflect what was selected.
Contact Point Selection The Contact Point filter can be used to select one or more contact points to report on. With the filter applied values in the report will be updated to reflect what was selected.
