Australian Call Centre Job Site Launches

Australia now has a dedicated call centre job site, ItsMyCall.com.au, boasting 11 job categories and 59 job types.

ItsMyCall is supported by Contact Centre Central and Auscontact Association and says these relationships give it “ready-made access to thousands of contact centre professionals across the country.” Auscontact claims to be “the united voice for the customer contact industry in Australia, connecting people, industries and organisations, locally and globally, to deliver excellence in customer contact experience.”

ItsMyCall says these organisations between them have more than 6,500 paying members representing the bulk of contact centres in Australia, get 50,000 unique visitors to their websites each month and have 7,500 newsletter subscribers.

In addition to posting ads on the ItsMyCall site, advertisers get the option to extend their reach with a range of boosts across industry newsletters, Facebook and LinkedIn channels followed by contact centre professionals of all levels.

ItsMyCall claims that its LinkedIn pages and groups have a combined audience of over 4,000 contact centre professionals.

The site also offers connection to what is says are the two leading job integrators, Broadband and Job Adder.

ItsMyCall managing director, Justin Tippett said that for too long recruiting contact centre staff had been a difficult process with the current options not reflecting the diverse nature of roles available in the Australian contact centre industry.

“Previously seen as a transient job, contact centres now offer a fulfilling career that provides international opportunities and a direct path to executive level positions,” he said.
