Channel Partners

(Such as ITSPs, MSPs & VARs) We help channel partners win new business and add more value to existing customers by helping them leverage their existing Teams, UC and PBX solution to deliver improved customer service across voice, email, chat, SMS and social.

Distributors and Carriers

We help distributors and carriers cross sell or enhance existing products and services such as carriage, UC, hosted PBX and Teams by reselling Premier Contact Point to customers looking for ways to deliver improved customer service across voice, email, chat, SMS and social.

Referrers

We reward customer experience and IT Consultants for referring opportunities to Premier Contact Point. Once referred, our sales team will help you add value to your customer by determining whether Premier Contact Point is the right fit and explaining how Premier Contact Point can benefit their organisation.

Microsoft Teams Partners

Premier Contact Point for Teams is our flagship offering for Microsoft Teams users.
